- Risk-based heat-map approach - this enables the resource to focus upon the areas of perceived greatest risk, the targets of which can be determined by the Client.
- Independent, in-depth audit of key project or process - this provides the Client with a formal, structured audit aimed at resolving a specific issue by a Consultant whom is acting completely impartially.
- Pounds in the Ground – an 'offline' exercise which analyses where and how Contract Partners expend monies. This is then fed back to the parties to introduce competition and also allow the parties to become more efficient.
