Aqua provided Project and Programme Management services to align with WWU’s commitment to Customer needs in the delivery of these diversion works.
The project considered third party design solutions; ultimately informing the final Contract strategy, competitive tender event and contract award. Post contract management ensured a timely and efficient construction period; resulting in budget security within challenging timescales.
Aqua established an integrated project team which worked alongside the WWU project manager to successfully deliver the works within the wider programme demanded by the Consortium and Growth Point stakeholders.
